Video/Audio Files
We process uploaded files solely to generate transcriptions and social media posts. Files are stored temporarily and deleted immediately after processing is complete.
Email Address
Used for account management, authentication, and billing purposes. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Technical Data
IP addresses and essential cookies are processed for security and session management. These are necessary for the Service to function properly and ensure your account security.
3. Third-Party Processors
To provide our services, we share necessary data with the following trusted third-party processors:Some of our processors (OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure they comply with standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework to maintain the highest level of data protection.
Supabase
For secure cloud storage, user authentication, and database management. Your account information and generated content are stored securely in Supabase's infrastructure.
OpenAI
For AI-powered transcription and content generation. Your video audio is sent to OpenAI for processing. Important: Your data is NOT used to train OpenAI models via their API.
Stripe
For secure payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details. All payment information is handled securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Vercel
For application hosting and content delivery. Vercel provides the infrastructure that powers our Service and ensures fast, reliable access to our platform.
4. Data Retention & Security
Data Retention
Uploaded files are deleted from our temporary processing servers immediately after the task is completed. We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transit and at rest. This includes TLS/SSL encryption for data transmission and encrypted storage for sensitive information.
